Event Description

The 56th annual meeting of the Midwest Archaeological Conference (MAC) will feature several exciting sessions and events are being organized, including symposia on Indiana archaeology, new research at Angel Mounds, geoarchaeology in the Ohio valley, and late prehistoric populations/cultures in the midcontinent. A lithic exchange event, curation workshop, and field trips to the Angel Mounds and the Indiana State Museum are also planned.
