The Human Relations Area Files (HRAF) at Yale University is accepting applications for two internship openings for the year beginning the summer of 2014.  Applications are due May 20, 2014.

The first is for IT development to support online cross-cultural resources. See announcement [pdf] for more information.

The second is in honor of Melvin Ember and is for learning about cross-cultural research through practical experience. See announcement [pdf] for more information.

The internships will reimburse expenses (living, meals, and miscellaneous expenses) of up to $400 per week for 48 weeks beginning the summer of 2014. Travel costs up to $800 will also be reimbursed. Hours are flexible, but are based on a 37.5 hour week.
