Cannot change profile picture

Hi,

I would like to change my profile picture but nothing is happening when I upload.

Hi Susan,
I'm sorry to hear about this. I'm not sure why this may be the case. The admins can reset your profile photo to the default blue image but we are unable to actually change it. All I can say is try later, or with a different browser. Perhaps one of my colleagues might be able to suggest something else if this problem persists.

The picture I would like to change to is added as attachment. Is there some way you can change it for me? Also, I would like to send a Friend a private message. Do messages appear to everyone? Thank you for your quick response.

Susan,

I just recently changed my profile photo and initially was unable to get it to change, even after uploading the new photo. I then discovered a SAVE button well below the "fold", and that took care of it. Did you scroll all the way down and hit the SAVE button after uploading?

If so, then we'll have to try something else.

Comments on a member's profile wall are public. Messages are like email, they are private.

How do I send a message? Do I need to go to her profile page?
