I'm Sicilian (-American) by descent, but my Italian is sadly very poor. It's next on my list though, as I feel really bad about not being able to speak it. Perhaps future fieldwork in Italy will give me the incentive. I like the group icon, too ...
Following Keith Hart's suggestion that OAC «be a multilingual platform allowing our members the freedom to be themselves in the medium and area that they choose», and after the success of a similar group in Spanish by Alberto Jimenez, I decided to seize the initiative and open this group for Italian-speaking anthropologists, so that we can put in contact with each other and collaborate in further developing the OAC community!
PS: English-speaking (or whatsoever-speaking) are warmly welcome, too!
