My research is centered around North American Indian art and material culture.
I'm interested in the potentials and limitations of the visual in relation to indigenous social engagements and practices of assertion within and without art market practices. Emphasis is upon (but not limited to) contemporary art production.

Have you got any papers/articles online on your work?
Best regards

Maybe we could meet up after La Rentree. I would be interested to know more about your work and those you work with I am glad you opened up a discussion group on art and anthropology. I have been spending time in South Africa with David Szanton who has an extraordinary project involving traditional painters in India and who joined OAC. It would be a good thing if the two of you were in contact.
Bien cordialement,
Keith
