Current research interests

My current project is on the construction of the violent social actors. For this project itself i am only focusing on social experiences, but I'm also interested in overlapping social and biological pressures on human behavior.
One side project to this one that came up recently involves comparing populations and their cultures on the degree of violence permitted with the frequency of the MAOA gene variants on that same population.
Interested also in evolutionary behavior, on the social and cultural construction of disasters and disaster recovery.
