Abstract:      
In this paper, the author mounted from the green architecture of Indian Statistical Institute, Kolkata to the organized as well as unorganized sectors of brick industry, which violate the minor mineral act 2002 ( West Bengal). in his qualitative survey (he has abandoned quantitative methods as he, an inhabitant of the royal palace of statistics, knew the lacunas of manipulative automated quantitative techniques that condense, [i.e., metonymic transformation] the target population in invented numbers)

The author showed, taking cue from history of Harappa-Mohenjo-Daro, that the unplanned usages of top soils and fuels led to scarcity of ground-water and the end of the city that depends on the surpluses of village-economy. According to Bandyopadhyay, anthroposes do not learn from the pages of history and they are executing same mistake by constructing dams ( the author surveyed the adjacent areas of Farakka barrage, a single purpose damn to serve Kolkata port. )The fact is that this dam disrupts the biodiversity as it ignores the neo-tectonic movement of the river Bhagirathi. 

The paper was written in quasi direct discourse and showed the ruthless exploitation of null-workers (including child labor and woman) and nature. Apart from chimney kilns, the author surveyed the indigenous kilns (Bangla Banta) and also pointed out the violation of West Bengal Minor Mineral Act as well as environmental laws.
