Awesome! I'm glad to see there's a growing archaeology presence on here.

 

I'm interested in learning more about both the Inca and Maya civilizations and especially their predecessors. At my school, there's not a large archaeology focus (only 1 professor, who studies Mayan symbology, thankfully) so I haven't had much of a chance to hone the interest into anything more specific. But I'm hoping to do just that in the near future. I'll actually be studying for a semester in Peru this coming year, which I'm really excited about.

 

Vermont is absolutely gorgeous at ANY time of the year, which was surprising. Each season comes out fully and they're all wonderful. My college is nestled right in the Green Mountains, so every time I walk outside, I've got a wonderful view. Which is an amazing change of pace from flat Texas. And Texas is getting pretty hot too. As well as really humid.
