And I just realized that you are at Cambridge too. I recently started PhD over here, in the same department. If you are around, we can talk over a cup of coffee or so. Cheers!

Thanks Justin,

I'm in Australia. I've done studies in sociology (lesser psychology) and mostly interested in "information" and did a "Master of Policy Studies" degree at Uni of New South Wales. But I am mostly just reading here or other places (like Project Past) popular history/archaeology when it comes to America. I'm interested in sorting 'fact from fiction' on various things and I have been making my own notes on Belle Starr if anyone is interested in that = http://dl.dropbox.com/u/5737284/belle-starr-short.htm

Bear in mind I am Australian and might get my 'Murkan geograpy really messed up at times.

Another interest is that our gold rush stemmed from the Californian one and ours was started by a Mr Hargraves who went to California, and I'm trying to trace where he went to over there.

Cheers,

John

With pleasure, my friend. Just today I participated in a seminar on theories of history and temporality and it was really very stimulating. Where are you now?

Hey Justin! I'm sitting here with Mr. Harr right now. We were just talking about you the other day so it's great to see your face again. I hope all is well!
